Purchasing a Ready-To-Customize Home allows customizing of the home by the Premier Builder to include many of your personal preferences. The number of customization options depends on the stage of construction when the home is purchased.

Customized ceilings, arched room openings, and window locations

Window color and exterior doors

Flooring material locations (where you would like carpet, hardwood, tile, etc.)

Owens Corning roof selections (shingle color and style)

Fireplace location(s)

Exterior soffit, facia, and gutter color

Exterior elevation materials (brick, Owens Corning stone, etc.)

Garage Doors (size, shape, color)

Lennox HVAC equipment from Advanced Heat and Air

Price Pfister plumbing fixtures from Kimbel Mechanical Systems

Whirlpool or KitchenAid appliances from Metro Builders Supply

Cabinet layout and design (need to know countertop sizes and appliance selections)

Light locations, plug and switch locations, fans, exterior lightning

Audio/security wiring

Vacuflo central vacuum system

Trim applications (window treatment, crown location, etc.)

Drywall texture and applications

Hard floor covering materials (color, size, etc.)

Lighting and fans from Hearth and Home

Granite countertops (color, size, etc.) from Tune Tile and Granite or JHE Granite
