Lance’s experience prior to building custom homes was on large commercial building projects as a project manager and area manager. In this capacity, Lance was responsible for quality, safety, scheduling, and profit and loss for many large projects with a total value of over $400,000,000. Among these facilities were several Wal-Mart Supercenters, Shamu Stadium at Sea World, the Pulaski County Detention Center, and High-rise multi-family projects in some of the finest ski areas of Colorado. Lance Johnson’s experience in working to complete large projects on time and on budget has given him a strong background, establishing a custom of quality.
