Custom-Built Homes

The Custom-Built Home process begins with selection of a lot, house plan and one of the Premier Builders. The Premier Builders are very good at assisting with the selection of a lot and house plan and their commitment to quality and attention to detail will produce a home you will be proud to call your own.

Ready-To-Customize Homes

Purchasing a Ready-To-Customize Home allows customizing of the home by the Premier Builder to  include many of your personal preferences. The number of customization options depends on the stage of construction when the home is purchased. The 5 Stages of Construction and the customization options at each stage follow:

Stage 1 - Getting Started with Siting and Foundation - Approximately 8 months prior to completion

Customized ceilings, arched room openings, and window locations

Window color and exterior doors

Flooring material locations (where you would like carpet, hardwood, tile, etc.)

Owens Corning roof selections (shingle color and style)

Fireplace location(s)

Garage Doors (size, shape, color)
